2.01 - "The Return"

The CW has released videos that focus on each main character from The Vampire Diaries. In Caroline’s video, Candice talks about the growth of her character, how she’s changed over the course of the first season, and what she is excited to see as the show returns for a second season. The site won’t let me embed the video, but click on the image below to be redirected so that you can watch it!
Candice recently did an interview with Nakid Reality’s “The Morning Show”! I definitely think this is one of my favorite interviews that she’s done so far, so make sure to check it out! I’ve added the videos (Part 1 & 2) to our Media Archive and hopefully screencaps will be added shortly as well. Enjoy!
Hey guys! I watched X’s & O’s today and sadly Candice only had one scene, but one of her songs, “Our Break Up Song” was actually featured twice, so that was cool! I’ve added one clip to our media archive and 12 screencaps to our gallery. You can find more information about the movie here!
In case you missed it, Candice was a guest star on Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva this past Sunday! Did anyone watch it? I personally loved Candice’s hair color – it was much different from her role as Caroline. You can find more info on the episode (2×06 – “Begin Again”) here, but I’ve added clips and caps of her scenes to the site as well! Check out everything below!
According to TV Squad, Candice will play one part of rival music duo, Confetti, accused of murder on an upcoming episode of the Lifetime television show, Drop Dead Diva! I don’t watch the show, and I didn’t see anything on her IMDB page regarding this project, but a promo video for the episode has been released online, and Candice is definitely featured in it as a singer. :) So, make sure to tune into Lifetime THIS Sunday at 9pm EST/8pm central, because there’s a big chance that you’ll see Candice on the Drop Dead Diva episode, “Begin Again” – and she’ll probably have a few scenes where she sings!
I’ve added the promo music video to our media archive as well as 65 screencaps to our gallery – check them out! There’s also an article included below that talks a bit about the episode and Candice’s guest appearance.
We love ‘Drop Dead Diva.’ The show is the perfect mix of heart, fantasy, love story and legal drama. And music — you can’t forget the music.
With sensationally fun numbers from star Brooke Elliott and the whole cast, as well as surprise duets with Judge Paula Abdul (shown), the show is kicking it up a notch with this week’s episode (Sun., July 18, 9PM ET on Lifetime), having Jane and Grayson defend a fictitious pop duo called Confetti. Played by actresses Candice Accola (‘The Vampire Diaries’) and Mackenize Mauzy (‘The Bold and the Beautiful’), the ladies have both been accused of murder … but that doesn’t mean they won’t be belting out a tune or two.
They’ve got the perfect song, ‘Begin Again,’ to go along with the episode of the same name, and we’ve got the exclusive music video for their big hit single. Fake singers? And a fake music video? Who cares — it’s pretty much just an awesome slideshow of some of the show’s biggest, best and funniest moments so far, and no ‘Diva’ fan can resist that.
The song is also part of the ‘Drop Dead Diva’ soundtrack, which has been on the Top Ten TV Soundtrack list on Amazon, and is also available on iTunes. (It’s also had me singing ‘Would I Lie to You’ along with Elliott and Margaret Cho all week. Not pretty, but that’s what this show does to me.)
I learned tonight that Candice guest starred in episode 2×20 – “Isn’t It Bro-mantic?” of the ABC Family show Greek last year! She plays a quirky old classmate of Evan; they are reunited when Evan and Cappie embark on a secret-society adventure. I don’t watch the show, so this was definitely news to me. I’ve added 5 clips to our Media Archive as well as 189 screencaps to our gallery!
A lonely Casey meddles in Rusty’s new romance with Jordan. Elsewhere, Calvin finally gets a new roommate, and then he discovers that the guy has a surprising secret; and Evan and Cappie reignite their rivalry, this time over a secret-society member.
I’ve added two clips to our Media Archive from the behind the scenes footage of the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour that Candice participated in as a backup singer! Candice is featured throughout the performances as well, but I haven’t decided how I’m going to add those because I would basically be adding the entire movie in separate parts… I’ll have to think about it. Enjoy these for now, though!
As you guys have probably seen in the gallery, Candice guest starred on both Supernatural and How I Met Your Mother before she became known for her role as Caroline on The Vampire Diaries. I’ve added clips from both appearances to our Media Archive!
Last night Candice attended Frederique Constant’s Passion Awards To The American Heart Association – and after reading her Twitter posts and seeing photos from the event, I have a feeling she made a speech! Go her! You can view eleven pictures in our photo gallery.
