Hey guys! Today I’ve made a huge update over at our Media Archive! I’ve added over 20 videos – most of them are various interviews that Candice has done, but there are a few movie trailers, PSAs, and other random clips mixed in as well. Look below for more details!
I’m going to work on movie clips over the next few weeks. After those are added, the archive will be complete!
We have a brand new layout at our gallery! It’s temporary, but I wanted to update our gallery scripts to avoid hacks, and with that I had to change our template. Please let me know if you guys run into any problems while you’re looking for pictures! Oh and you have the option to register now – it isn’t required but feel free to create an account if you’re a regular visitor to the site. :)
I’ve added some older screencaps to the site, both from Seventeen Magazine videos that Candice was featured in! One was from their surprise birthday celebration for Miley Cyrus (we had these caps already, but they are in HQ now) and one was from when the TVD Cast answered questions that fans sent in. The videos will be added to our media archive shortly!
We now have some icons available for your personal use on LiveJournal, forums, etc.! I’m hoping to build up a fanart section in the future, so if you make graphics/fanart and would like to donate your work to the site, that would be awesome! The only regulation is that it has to feature Candice, but that’s probably a given. ;) Anyone that donates will always be given full credit.
Candice recently took part in an interview with Liol Magazine and they just posted said interview to YouTube, so make sure to watch it below! She talks quite in depth about how she became aware of Lyme disease and why it’s so important to her to lend her voice and spread awareness. She also discuses a bit about her acting/singing career and how she has enjoyed working on TVD. Check it out!

I’ve been working hard for the past few days on this, and I’m happy to announce that it’s finally ready! Candice Accola Web now has its own Media Archive complete with over 100 clips of Candice’s scenes from the first season of The Vampire Diaries (including the recent finale)! We also have the CW-released webclips from TVD and as interviews that Candice has taken part of. I’m going to add more TVD related videos over the next few days, as well as other online videos and then hopefully clips from Candice’s movie projects. Feel free to become a member over there so that you can bookmark/rate the clips that you love and even upload your own videos!

Lymenaide has posted another PSA featuring Candice, as they continue to Paint May Lyme Green.
The cast was interviewed a bunch of times at the Young Hollywood Awards the other night; watch the videos below to see what Candice has to say about the finale among other things!
“It was a bonkers finale — is everyone flipping out?” asked “The Vampire Diaries” star Candice Accola of the MTV News reporter covering the Young Hollywood Awards red carpet last night. To put it bluntly, Candice, YES. We are all flipping out about last night’s crazy “VD” season finale.
If you, like us, haven’t been able to move past the “OMG WTF” stage in your “VD” finale reaction, let the “Vampire Diaries” cast members who attended the Awards put it a little more eloquently.

When asked if she knows whether Tyler’s going to end up a werewolf, as he is in the books, Candice played coy. “I plead the Fifth. I don’t know what you’re talking about. Who knows? I don’t know,” she said. She doesn’t know the fate of her character, Caroline, either. “I don’t know. This is going to be such a pain in the butt for you ’cause I don’t know. There is a car crash that happens, but I really don’t know the outcome of it.”
In the end, the stars seemed very grateful to be a part of the show. “There’s a bunch of cliffhangers and surreal, strange things that occur in this last episode,” Steven McQueen said. “I think we all took it as a blessing to be able to play these strange situations that can never occur in real life and just feel honored.”

So we now know that candice will for sure be in the upcoming episode of TVD (1.21: “Isobel”) because she’s featured in one of the newest webclips released by The CW! The video contains minor spoilers, so watch at your own risk.
